REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Please understand that we are only a small business and can only accommodate refund/exchange within 2 days of confirmed delivery. Outside those 2 days, ALL sales are FINAL. 

We accept returns/exchange if the products are deemed DEFECTIVE ONLY.

Mudhut Co WILL NOT be held responsible for customers' quality preference.

Refunds are product price + tax excluding shipping fee

Exchanges can either be the same item or any item of your choice although you will have to pay for whatever's the price difference.

Customers will have to shoulder the return shipping. You may ship it in any courier you trust but Mudhut Co will not be liable for any loss and/or damage during transit.

Insurance is OPTIONAL. Please let us know if you prefer to get your orders insured BUT it is the customers' responsibility to claim insurance for theft, lost mail or damaged products due transit.
